Whether you’re hosting a traditional in-person conference and want to supplement it with online elements, or you’re running an event that is entirely online, we have the tools and expertise to support you.
We provide peace of mind by making use of all advanced security features available for online conferencing. We offer enterprise-level security features from Zoom, and can set up security features by building, wing, or room, such as usernames/passwords, passcodes, or other combinations. We also provide monitoring and tracking of unexpected usage using multiple forms of data, and an on-call security team to ensure any problems are solved immediately using advanced blocking and intervention.
We can custom create your “virtual building” to ensure that your organization’s branding and feature needs are met. This includes custom domains, custom colors, fonts and logos, custom links, text and images on the pages, custom wing and room naming system, custom documentation, training and walkthrough videos and more. Additionally, we have options to include sponsorships and display them on the platform.
We are on a managed AWS server managed by the same company that works with Disney, Northwestern University, Visa, Time Inc., Virgin Atlantic and other major corporations. Even at peak usage, we could increase that capacity with only 90 seconds of downtime. All of our video interfaces are through major video conferencing platforms, mainly through the Zoom API, that have the capacity to handle any event of any size without latency or uptime issues.
